Who we areFlodesk, a pioneering force in the email marketing industry, was founded in 2019 with the aim of infusing creativity and simplicity into the email marketing space. Since then, we've grown rapidly and are recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector. With our headquarters in San Francisco, CA, United States and an engineering office nestled in the heart of Danang, we have created a thriving global team and operate with a remote-first ethos.About The Opportunity
Implement, maintain, and update our component libraries, customer-facing websites/landing pages, and the web application at large
Push the boundaries of our web application to the next level in terms of performance, accessibility, and stability
Continuously refactor, improve and add automation testing for components (code coverage > 80%)
Proactively collaborate with our designers, provide feedback about UI/UX + animation, and bring new ideas to the table
Proactively research new trends and updates in UX/UI technology
Work hand-in-hand with our current team to resolve issues in our core product, including but not limited to our proprietary WYSIWYG email builder

Yêu cầu

What you need to be successful
Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Fluent in React, Redux, and related tools
Experience writing automation testing-especially the React app
Experience in debugging and improving web app performance
Hungry to learn and have the ability to learn things quickly
Good at English in both written and verbal
Nice to haves:
Specific experience building web-based builder/drag-and-drop UI
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and grow team members
