KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design development for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, website graphics, social media content, print materials (brochures, flyers, posters), email marketing, and branding assets.
Collaborate with
account managers, copywriters, and other creative team members to understand client needs and develop designs that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
Oversee the full design process from concept to final execution, ensuring all work is on-brand, visually appealing, and meets client expectations.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
Mentor and provide creative direction to junior
designers and interns, reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design standards and meeting deadlines.
Stay up to date on current design trends, tools, and techniques, applying fresh and innovative approaches to every project.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring designs reflect the client's voice and aesthetic.
Work closely with Associate Creative Director & Creative Lead Consultant to deliver expected results on time.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both digital and print design (experience in marketing/advertising is preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
Proficient in creating designs for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and display ads.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and team members.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, polished work.
