Mô tả công việc
• Able to monitor the enforcement of HR policies, procedures and practices in all departments.
• Provide advisory support to partnering Manager/Supervisor on people matters.
• Responsible for providing coaching to partnering Manager/Supervisor on processes including legal implications of not following a process and they are adhering to and executing the process correctly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
• Take accountability for and facilitate resolution of employee discipline and grievance cases and consult with business/legal as appropriate.
• Build and promote a strong sense of engagement with employees.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR leaders to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
• Support Learning & Development when necessary.
• Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resources, office admin and receptionist functions.

• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Studies/Administration/Psychology/Management, Human Resource Management or
• equivalent.
• 5 years' experience in HR
• Required language(s): Vietnamese & fluent in English.
• Required Skill(s): Industrial Relations, Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact in a professional and responsive manner to communicate, collaborate and convince managers at many levels on best plan to achieve company goals.
• Proactive, eager to learn.
• Able to handle timeline and/or stresses at work.
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Neat, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
