Senior HR Executive

• Manage our company's recruitment and hiring process

• Deal with Ministry of Health and Department of Health regarding to manage the licensing of medical staff

• Deal with Labor department and any other government authority as needed, to issue and maintain all licenses and

permit required for the staff, Vietnamese and foreigners

• Deal with Immigration department with issues related to foreign employees

• Assess training heeds and coordinate professional learning and development programs of the medical staff

• Developing and updating HR policies

• Develop and manage HR related compliance policies applicable for medical institutes' employees

• Manage attendance records, retention and turnover of employees

• Manage employees' grievances

• Review current HR technology and propose solution for improvement

• Work with accounting department on compensation and benefit package subject to company's policy

• Working closely with the company's management and legal team

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
