Mô tả công việc
Responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits (C&B), and administrative tasks.
The primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department while effectively supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
1. Talent Management and Training (40%)
• Manage recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees
• Lead total hiring process
• Measure and improve job satisfaction, employee engagement, organizational culture, and resolve workplace conflict.
• Manage workforce planning including succession plan and retention efforts
• Reporting and analyzing data of the company's work forces
• Training new employee on company information, culture, mindset
• Planning personal assessment, training schedule
• Building organization culture, organizing training
2. Compensations & Benefits (30%)
• Establish and improve compensation and benefit policies and structure
• Manage monthly payroll, performance appraisals.
• Measure compensation and benefits competitiveness and satisfaction.
• Follow up the development and improvement of HR process, policies, and procedures within the division.
• Internal activities, internal events
3. Administration (30%)
• Document management, legal, license
• Working with supplier, law offices, government agencies
• Equipment management, stationery procurement, maintenance history
• Office expense management

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Strong English - spoken and written
- Unfaltering confidentiality and clear understanding responsibility that accompanies the handling of/or exposure to confidential information
- Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally.
- Able to work quickly, efficiently and proactively as well as being detail-oriented
- Good organization skill & communication skill with people
- Well work under pressure and problem solving are a plus
Required experience & education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably HR management or related major.
- 3-5 years working experience in similar position
- Strong English - spoken and written
