Mô tả công việc
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, establish candidate selection criteria, and develop or update job descriptions.
Screen and shortlist candidates, managing the recruitment process from the initial screening phase to onboarding.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve time-to-hire.
Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work" by conducting hiring drives, campus placement programs, and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
2. Employee Engagement:
Organize and manage internal company events, town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs to promote employee engagement and community building.
Oversee internal communications, including quarterly public insider newsletters.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with department heads to maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment.
3. Training & Development:
Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and provide relevant learning and development opportunities.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and consistency across the company.
Maintain and enhance the HR platform to effectively support HR operations.

Yêu cầu
Experience: 3-5 years in HR generalist roles, preferably with experience in organizing company events and facilitating employee engagement activities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Canvas, AI tools, and HR platforms.
Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
Honest, trustworthy, and demonstrates a high level of responsibility and integrity.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
