Mô tả công việc
Mainly involves Human Resources (HR) duties included: C&B, Recruiting ... The successful candidate will provide support to human resources functions under the compensation & benefits team, generate management reports, as well as ad-hoc HR projects.
1. HR duties:
1.a C&B:
Register the PIT code for new comers, file keeping documents of PIT record and calculation monthly
Manage labor contracts, prepare regular contract for all employees
Update attendance sheet, payroll & bonus for all employees monthly
Payroll calculation and manage employee's data.
Follow and control compensation projects for the entire organization
Planning headcount budget
Update the compensation of employees and organization chart
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
1.b Hiring and Engagement:
Hiring employees based on BOD's order
Post job and schedule interviews
Prepare orientation training and welcome new members
Provide consistent support to our colleagues, answering employee and manager questions about people initiatives, policies, benefits and any other people related items.
Research, make recommendations, and create programs that encourage career development and will drive our mission to hire and retain the best talent.
2. Admin tasks:
Manage the paperwork process related to foreign staff including but not limited to: visa, work permit, temporary resident card, etc., and support them personally
Manage Company engagement activities
All the related admin tasks
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management (research, translation, etc.)
