Partner with
business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs across IT functions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Collaborate with offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams to deliver consistent recruitment experiences across regions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, talent databases, and networking to build strong pipelines.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor trends.
Ensure a high◦ quality candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, presenting insights to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with global recruitment policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion objectives.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/Tech recruitment within a global company.
Strong track record of managing recruitment across offshore, nearshore, and onshore models.
Deep knowledge of IT roles (
software engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, etc.) and ability to engage with technical talent.
Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to a fast◦ paced, international environment.
