1. Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talents.
Work closely with department heads to develop strategic workforce planning.
Optimize recruitment processes, leveraging HR technology and digital hiring platforms.
Build and implement Retention Strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop Competency Frameworks for performance evaluation and career growth planning.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Directly oversee payroll operations, social insurance, PIT, labor contracts, and other C&B functions.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and related regulations.
Design and propose competitive salary & benefits structures, aligning with industry benchmarks.
Manage HR budget & cost optimization strategies for sustainable workforce planning.
3. HR System Development & Performance Management
Develop and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS).
Propose training & development programs that align with business objectives.
Work with senior management to establish Career Path Development plans for employees.
Ensure an efficient onboarding & offboarding experience for new hires and departing employees.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
Enhance employee experience by organizing team-building activities, internal events, and engagement programs.
Manage internal communication channels to foster transparency and alignment across teams.
Propose initiatives that strengthen company culture and improve workplace satisfaction.
4-5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior/Lead HR role.
Preferred candidates with experience in Digital, Tech, or Agency environments.
Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Payroll Software, and HR Tech Tools.
Deep understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance, and PIT regulations.
Strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior management.
Experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Competency Frameworks is a plus.
