Senior IT Business Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge and experiencing in BPMN, DMN, database schema, SQL, system communication protocols such as HTTP, Restfull API, Web Service, [protected info]
Familiarity with technical documentation standards, including system architecture, data models, and API documentation such as Open API, Blueprint, etc.
Familiarity with visualization languages and tools, such as [protected info], BPMN modler (e.g: Camuda Modler), DMN, UML, Entity Relationship diagram, Dataflow diagram, [protected info]
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g: Agile/Scrum). Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant methodologies.
Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates or equivalent) to attend meetings with non Vietnamese stakeholders, provide support to applications, help team to take the best decision and document your work
Knowledge of Agile at enterperpise scale (e.g: SAFe, Spotify, Scrum@Scale, LeSS)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Having background knowledge in finance, banking, accounting, card business domains are preferred (e.g: CFA certification, SAP, SAS [protected info]).
Having certificates relate to Project Management, Scrum, Process Management is plus.
Knowledges and experiencing with complex algorithms and skills about rulesets, decision table, decision tree is plus (e.g: KIE Workbench, Drools, FICO Blaze).
