POSITION SUMMARY
Establish close and integrated ties with the operating business units by defining, implementing and supporting effective infrastructure, applications and integration to help the business improve efficiencies, reduce costs and support business growth.
This person must be able to work with the local management team to prioritize projects or tasks and lead a local IT team in delivering them. The local IT team must work closely with our Global teams for any development or customization needed.
This position will manage 3 countries: Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. Travels may be required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Account Management
- Response to RFQ, RFP and IT Questionnaires.
- Manage project pipeline from Business to ensure IT resources are adequately staff-up to align with the required timeline
- Attend any Business Review meeting with customers and gather/understand/follow-up areas of concern and improvement
2/ Implementation
- Work with the business and operation teams to understand their requirement in order to implement and deliver the appropriate IT solution
- Carry out full implementation from Design, solution, development, and testing to go live
- Manage project on timely delivery and within scope
- Coordinate with Global IT team resources to deliver any development or customization if necessary
- Produce functional requirements, project plans, system configuration and test plan
- Perform configuration on WMS and any setup for RDT, label printers and etc
- Review implementation methodology and tool regularly to keep it up to date
- Conduct training for super-users and project team members
3/ Support
- Handle any change requirement
- Review the existing implementation and find any improvement opportunities
- Ensure any issues reported are attended to until it is closed
- Establish and maintain change control, incident and escalation procedure
- Manage service level, KPI and escalation
- Act as a communicator during the critical escalation
- Conduct disaster recovery and system testing if needed
- Support any system migration and upgrade

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience in managing multiple teams across multiple countries is a plus
- At least 8 years of managing and supporting warehouse management systems for logistics, daily work with Bl analysis system, strong in MS-SQL system.
- Business knowledge of supply chain execution in any or all of the following verticals: Distribution center services in warehouse operations (must have); Transport management, and Freight forwarding.
- Organizing and managing major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.
- Prepare and maintain the annual IT budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and a good team player.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
