Handle IT service requests and provide technical support using Jira Service Management
Provide internal
IT support, including onboarding/offboarding account management and device (OA) setup and retrieval
Manage and support internal SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian Jira/Confluence)
Operate and manage endpoint security solutions (ZTNA, MDM, DLP, ETC.)
Support internal infrastructure operations, including Linux-based servers and network systems (firewalls, L2-L3)
Manage IT assets and create/update manuals and guideline documentation
