Mô tả công việc

● Handle end to end software development life cycle
● Application development/unit testing
● Make Detail Design, Coding, UT and implement Java-based applications.
● Guiding junior developers
● Brainstorming various strategies to deliver optimum and high-quality code.

Yêu cầu

Hard Skills:
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in Java backend development.
● Strong knowledge of Spring Core and Spring Boot frameworks.
● Solid understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and experience with tools like JUnit
or Mockito.
● Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
● Previous experience in modernizing legacy systems is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills:
● Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
● Self-driven with the ability to work independently when required.
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
● Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving requirements.
