JOB SUMMARY
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to take full ownership of sales revenue and KPIs for assigned Modern Trade (MT) accounts, with a primary focus on Hypermarket chains (Bach Hoa Xanh, Winmart, etc.)
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the Hypermarket channel, developing strategic partnerships with key retail buyers, and ensuring superior in-store execution across all assigned hypermarket outlets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales revenue and achieve all assigned KPIs for designated Hypermarket accounts and regions
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans tailored for Hypermarket channel:
Monthly forecast and demand planning
Trading terms negotiation (listing fees, shelf rental, payment terms)
Promotion budget management (in-store campaigns, bundle offers, seasonal events)
Visibility strategy (prime shelf space, end-cap displays, in-store branding)
Key events coordination (product launches, tasting events, thematic campaigns)
Lead, mentor, and coach the
Sales Supervisor/Sales team to meet company targets within the Hypermarket channel
Monitor account performance across all hypermarket outlets, identify gaps, and propose actionable improvement plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with Hypermarket buyers and category managers at headquarters and store levels
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain,
Trade Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of hypermarket programs
Conduct frequent field visits to hypermarket stores to gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and ensure proper plan execution
Track team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance gaps
