IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL...
Develop trust relationships with portfolios of major clients to achieve targeted revenue growth for device protection in Vietnam.
Identify, prospect and close business opportunities with client prospects within predefined sales channels.
Drive the growth of the company's sales and customer base.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
Take full responsibilities for P&L , Sales Revenue, business plan, sales plan., sales execution, account management & performance as per assigned account.
Managing sales team to execute sales plan ( including retails) as per approved account sales budget.
Develop trust relationships with one or a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Proposing activities to drive sales as per assigned key account client.
Defining Account Management Strategy and Activation Planning with GTM.
Executing and managing business plan as approved budget as per Key Account.
Prepare a regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Partnering with key stakeholders to win distribution deals within the following channels: Telco, electronic retail, OEMs, Banking/e-wallet, and consumer finance companies to launch customer-centric and high return device protection programs.
Playing an integral part of communications between the business and partners to ensure optimal device protection program design and program management sales requirements are fulfilled.
Promoting new and existing products to targeted accounts nationwide to drive partner and bolttech revenue growth; Timely and effective implementing of newly designed device protection business programs.
Collaborating with internal business stakeholders to ensure delivery of appropriate marketing programs and sales schemes to contribute and generate targeted revenue.
Managing Sales - Developing and leading Key account management teams and Sales teams.
