Senior Landscape Designer (Landscape Architect)

* Role Overview
The Senior Landscape Designer is responsible for leading design concepts and technical solutions. Additionally, acts as a Team Leader to manage personnel and schedules when assigned to specific projects.
* Key Responsibilities
• Lead the team in developing innovative and feasible design concepts. Responsible for the overall aesthetic vision.
• Review and approve all design documents from Landscape Designers before submission to the Project Leader or Client
• Directly resolve the most complex design/technical issues to ensure overall project success
• Supervise and mentor junior Designers; allocate design tasks based on competency.
