* Role Overview
The Senior Landscape Designer is responsible for leading design concepts and technical solutions. Additionally, acts as a Team Leader to manage personnel and schedules when assigned to specific projects.
* Key Responsibilities
• Lead the team in developing innovative and feasible design concepts. Responsible for the overall aesthetic vision.
•Review and approve all design documents from Landscape Designers before submission to the Project Leader or Client
•Directly resolve the most complex design/technical issues to ensure overall project success
•Supervise and mentor junior Designers; allocate design tasks based on competency.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• +5 years of experience in landscape design experience
• experience in resorts, urban developments, or theme parks is preferred
• Strong design skills, good design sense
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in design software.
