Senior/Lead Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking two experienced Senior or Lead Consultants with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies to join our team for a dynamic project in Australia. These individuals will play a key role in providing consulting services, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, and ensuring integration with various Azure services to support business operations and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Vietnam Time)
Provide expert consulting services for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Lake, Azure Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, and other Azure services.
Support and implement Azure Translation Services for automated translation features.
Analyze data and deliver reports using Power BI and Qlik.
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
Assist in integrating and supporting DocuSign for document signing processes.
Develop, monitor, and optimize Dataverse, Business Central, and Customer Insights - Journeys to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and project goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress.
