Senior / Lead Internal Communication

• Craft and deliver engaging internal communication content, taking full
ownership of the internal communication strategy, and ensuring all content
aligns with Geek Adventure's brand and culture. This includes producing a
weekly internal magazine, creating posts, welcoming new members, and
auditing internal content ...etc
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels, ensuring they are
used effectively to keep employees informed and engaged, while monitoring
and measuring the impact of communication efforts.
• Lead and execute employee engagement activities, including planning team building events, quarterly meet-ups, and branding events ...etc. This involves managing logistics, engaging stakeholders, and executing plans that foster collaboration and growth.
