Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and coordinate information with Sales, customers, and partners; provide customs consultancy and propose optimal declaration methods related to Local transportation, Warehousing, and Import/Export procedure
• Represent the company in working with customs authorities on tax refunds, tariff classification/ reclassification, HS Code verification, tax rate consultation, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle end-to-end import/export customs procedures, including document checking, declaration, licensing, taxation, quality inspection, C/O, and all related documentation.
• Manage port operations; coordinate transportation and warehousing; monitor cargo movement throughout the logistics process and optimize operational procedures.
• Work closely with vendors, partners, warehouses, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance and cargo handling.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to update cargo planning, track schedules, and provide timely feedback to customers.
• Collect and hand over invoices and documents to Accounting/Operations departments and ensure accurate system updates.
• Control operational costs, buying/selling rates, and propose solutions to improve profitability.
• Maintain and update internal tracking sheets and reports accurately and on time.
• Supervise the Logistics team, including training, performance evaluation, workflow improvement, and risk management.
• Prepare required reports and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Customs, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs declaration, including at least 2 years in a Team Leader/Supervisor role.
• Customs declaration certificate issued by the customs department is required
• Strong understanding of import/export customs procedures across multiple logistics methods.
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations, HS Codes, and specialized administrative procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consulting skills.
• Strong team management and coordination abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure; responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Flexible, tactful, and customer-oriented communication style.
• English proficiency required; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
