Senior Manager, Digital Integration Services (Digital Product Creation)

Job Summary
Leading a regional team, you will be managing a team of experts in digital asset assurance, to establish and evaluate the global standards of digital assurance practices within Digital Product Creation (DPC) team to ensure quality collaborations between various stakeholders in the digital ecosystem which encompasses interconnected people systems, processes and products cutting across different countries in Asia Pacific.

What you will do:
• Establish, maintain and review a set of digital assurance standards and practices within DPC to ensure quality interactions between various stakeholders; both internal and external, in the digital ecosystem which encompasses interconnected people systems, processes and products cutting across enterprise level.
• Embed DPC Digital Assurance practices across different functional teams by considering complexities of the global environment and the challenges which VFC faces in its journey to become the goto partner in digital transformation journey.
• Lead the training and certification programs for internal and external stakeholders to develop the capability of digital product creation. Provide active coaching to encourage and foster new methodologies of such program while ensuring VFs values are upheld.
• Monitor quality, compliance and regulatory aspects between company and third party manufacturers including relationship management, technical issues, quality issues, vendor selection and evaluation. Ensure successful vendor onboarding and adequate information are provided for vendors to meet quality standards.
How you will do it:
· Lead and manage the development of the curriculum aligned with the certification objectives to support the expansion of qualified digital asset creation at our vendors and suppliers.
· Manage analytical efforts across functional teams to support VF Product Operations initiatives and brand-specific product strategies.
· Provide vendors / suppliers with the proper information to ensure that contractors meet quality standards. Act as liaison between company and contractors to ensure all products are manufactured following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and quality products are released and available to meet the needs of brands.
· Engage vendors pro-actively and serve as the liaison to prove advice on any issues related to digital onboarding process. Contribute to vendor selection and evaluation, resolve conflicts and quality issues that may arise.
· Fostering and role modeling a culture of inclusion, candor and trust.
