Mô tả công việc
• Determining and conveying sales targets, lead Field sales South team to deliver the target.
• Recruiting, coaching and monitoring Field Sales team and their activities ensuring that teams perform the proper sales activities and gain good result.
• Prepare weekly/monthly updates on pipelines and target achievement and review of opportunities and business plan.
• Provide regular updates and resolution on business challenges and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high quality of service is delivered
• Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations
• Join commercial's projects to enhance internal system and process
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by line manager.
• Build up territory's sale strategy & plan to win new accounts and retain business with current accounts to achieve overall sales target.
• Promote & guide Field sales team to generate leads & successfully convert leads to winning opportunities.
• Lead Field sales team to build strong relationship with customers and grow customer's account to max potential.
• Conduct presentations / trainings of service products and present customized offers to customers.
• Effectively utilize data and analytics tools for sales forecasting

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCY & EXPERIENCE
Skills & Qualitifcation:
• Minimum 8 years of profesional experience in Field Sales of Postal / Logistics / Ecommerce / Courier Services industry with proven track record of new business develpment and success delivery against growth targets.
• Strong negotiation skill with high experience in dealing with business stakeholders at a senior level.
• Good sense of number and strong analytical skill, experience in business development, good project management skill.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skill both spoken and written.
• Good training skill, able to conduct training classes with big group of audiences.
• MS office & other digitalization tool as required
Educational qualification:
• Degree in related field
• English proficiency is a must
