- Be in charge of all activities related to Loan Management Division (result of call reminder, field visiting, lawsuit, debt trading...)
- Build up planning, collection strategies, monitor collection activities to minimize groups two and bad debt.
- Manage & motivate Collection Teams, collections agencies to achieve target.
- Have deep understanding of relevant of laws (finance, criminal, litigation,...) and related activities (credit, risk management, collection,...)
- Be in charge of admin management to ensure all admin tasks run smoothly & accuracy.
- Report performance targets/ reports related to Loan Management Division daily, monthly to Executive Manager/ Board of Director/ SBV.
- Analyze, evaluate customer situation & propose risk policy to limit risks.
- Ability to go on business trip regularly.
- Conduct other tasks assigned by Executive Manager/ Board of Director.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Aged: over 40
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Banking, Law or Finance
- Good communication, negotiation & can solve problem/ issue.
- Can working independently, promptly & effectively. Good management, leadership skills.
- Good command of English (both of speaking and writing)
- Excellent use of Word, Excel, Power-Point and analytical skills.
- At least 10 years working experience in collection and 5 years of management in bad debt recovery.
- Strong experience in debt collection
- Hard-working, accurate, careful, strong sense of responsibility
- Proactively participates and completes ad hoc tasks
- Can work overtime and perform under pressure.
