Mô tả công việc

Position Objectives: Take all task relating to Marketing for brands including online and offline marketing activities
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Up to ten essential responsibilities of the job (the "what") and the approximate percentage of time spent on each (shown as a % range).
60% Campaign Management
· Planning and execution on new store opening program.
· Work closely with agencies, communication support team (Advertising, Market research, PR etc.) to execute brand experiences across touch points.
· Partner with different functions (Brand, Operation, Supply Chain & Finance, Product, Admin...) for on-going projects, competitors, budget phasing and media plan tracking...
· Coordinate with Brand team to develop & execute marketing promotion & activations to push sales & increase brand awareness.
· Coordinate with Digital & Customer relationship management team to manage brand website, fan page, customer's complaint handling and others social activities.
40% Report:
· Monitoring and tracking and report (Event, Promotion, Campaigns....).
· Develop and shooting product follows seasonal.
· A&P Tracking & Report monthly.
· Monthly activities report
· Sales report: weekly, monthly, quarterly report.
· Promotion evaluation report
· Perform other duties as assigned by Group Marketing Manager.
· Tracking and Report competitor monthly.

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge/ Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years' experience in same level position, prefer candidates have experience in Retail industry.
· Strong reporting skills.
· Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through
· Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative
· Good command of English in writing & speaking
· Has experience in opening new stores activities and activation
· Competent in office computer skills
· Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
