Mô tả công việc
Planning & Implementation:
Plan and execute creative ideas for marketing activities, ensure the communication materials are developed and delivered on time and in accordance with brand guidelines
Manage brand internal social flatform: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc
Connect and manage Influencers, Beauty Blogger, seeder accordingly with marketing campaigns
Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
Prepare monthly reports on brand performance
Work closely with external agencies to manage brand in-store activation
Research markets trend and study the company and competitor's brand campaign, regularly track, collect and document competitor activities & materials
Sale Target and Ensuring budget:
Monitor sales results, key performance indicators, competitor activities and market trends
Manage approved budget and continuously improve budget efficiency while still delivering business plan by reviewing ROI & CR of brand activities and proposing any adjustments/investment
Quality and Productivity:
Ensure implementation of brand activities in accordance with Brand guidelines and Campaign strategies
Monitor the execution of monthly retail, education, and marketing plans proposed by the team, including pricing, ordering, sales target, promotion activities, marketing plan (PR, Digital, CRM, new launch, activities)

Yêu cầu
Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
University BA graduate level
Thorough knowledge of Brand digital marketing
Experience in consumer product marketing (preferably FMCG)
Required skills:
Fluent in English
Office Computer usage
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Results-driven attitude & a creative mindset
