JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Social Media Planning - Focus more on Social Outreach Planning (30%)
• Analyze social data, think creatively, and propose innovative social strategies to make sure client's marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way within the budget.
• Be able to make professional proposals from social strategy to execution level.
• Proactively up-to-date trend/ platforms/ rising influenced stars to upgrade the knowledge and increase planning skills.
• Analyze the client's post-campaign results and recommend refinements.
• Interact with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a social plan to achieve KPI.
2. Content writing & auditing: (70%)
• Create content that promotes products/services and skills and competence in digital marketing in various formats (social media posts, website/PR pieces, ebook, whitepaper, community content, ads content, case studies etc.);
• Support to audit & edit the content (expertise article, etc.) produced by other team members.
Content production coordination:
• Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text, images and videos) following the plan, supporting to share detailed briefs and follow up to get the content output on time. The content coordination format will vary, including:
• Landing page content;
• Intro & outro of ebook;
• Image & video brief;
• Content community.
Content management & planning:
• Upload content & management content performance on website, non-paid PR channels & social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn);
• Update content performance report weekly, monthly, quarterly and full-year;
• Synthesize data reports from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page Analytics;
• Prepare a content plan & content calendar quarterly for each channel based on the content strategy framework to achieve KPIs of the Marketing team.
In-depth research:
• Research reports, whitepaper relating to digital marketing, consumer behavior, B2B marketing, business, AI, technology, etc. to support in content producing;
• Research art direction, image/video reference on difference image reference platforms to better prepare image/video brief;
• Research AI, technology tools to support content writing & boost productivity.
3. Other duties depend on project requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Background: Social/ Community/ Account Social department
2. Experience
• At least 2 years of working in Advertising agency.
• At least 1 years of working in the related position with the same level.
• Be able to work for multi brands at the same time.
• Directly working with KOL, Influencers, communities, or manage booking agencies for big social outreach projects.
3. Knowledge
• Have good knowledge and proficient usage of SNS & social management tool.
• Have knowledge about KOL, KOC, Influencer, and community from planning to execution.
4. Skills
• Good at communication in both English & Vietnamese.
• Good at problem-solving in a calm manner.
• Good project management skills: raising quotations, tracking timeline, reporting.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Presentation & critical thinking skills.
5. Personality/ Attitude
• Trend follower and quick adaptation.
• Patient, dedicated, and passionate about social media management.
• Proactive, supportive and responsible, work independently.
• Solution-oriented and client service mindset.
• Time management skill.
