As the pioneer in the artisan keycap industry with the success of Arkey and Dwarf Factory brands, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with Marcom Focus to lead our efforts in developing effective communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth. The role will play a pivotal role in creating captivating campaigns to ensure that the brands' messages are communicated clearly, consistently, and impactfully across all media channels.
I. Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications:
Develop communication strategies to elevate brand awareness and maximize brand value. Define brand tone, style and personality, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Collaborate with the Creative team to develop a variety of content (videos, images, articles, infographics) tailored to the target audiences of each brand.
Build unique brand storytelling to establish a distinct identity for Artkey and Dwarf Factory, helping customers understand the artistry behind each product. Identify opportunities for storytelling that enhance brand image, support product positioning, and increase engagement.
Plan and multi-channel communication campaigns for each collection, event, and new product launch. Track campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and report results to optimize communication activities.
Manage communication channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord and other community platforms.
Strategic Planning:
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing suggestions for improvements and budget optimization.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Be responsible for building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals. Sets, monitors and reports on team goals.
Provides direction and leadership, while being responsible for initiating marketing strategies as well as working closely with the R&D team, Creative team to drive brand and marketing initiatives.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns as needed.
Community Management:
Participate in and build customer communities on various platforms, maintaining a positive relationship with customers and brand fans.
Lead community events like live streams, AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, giveaways, and other online/offline events to strengthen customer engagement.
Public Relations and Crisis Managment:
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and relevant communities to expand brand presence.
Effectively handle communication crises, ensuring brand reputation and image remain intact.
II. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
At least 7 years of experience as a Marketing Professional with 3 years at managerial level.
Experience in Marketing Communication is a must.
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel Marcom strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities, creative and strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team while being easily adaptable to change.
Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions.
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Familiar with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative and be proactive going beyond thecall of duty
Proficient in English.
Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
