This position will work closely with business users and provide both functional and technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing system solutions, business processes, reports and procedures that meet user requirements. The employee primary jobs focus should be on ERP software packages, manufacturing operations, including production planning/scheduling, shop floor control and quality management functions.
Knowledgeable in the manufacturing, financial, and supplemental ERP system (software packages). Work closely with all the departments to develop knowledge of business processes and system requirements.
1- IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF BUSINESS APPLICATION AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS
• Develop knowledge of application solutions and defined business system processes to recommend and deploy quality information technology solutions to the business user.
• Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems. Develop and recommend strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
• Proactively manage and administer business application solutions to support corporate and global operations.
• Define corporate and global system integration requirements and solutions.
• Recommend, develop, and adhere to business applications systems and process documentation standards.
• Compile user manual for user training.
• Compile and gather the documents to meet the requirements of IT SOX audit.
2- SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
• Develop a thorough knowledge of manufacturing system requirements and business processes.
• Participate and lead in the evaluation and selection of manufacturing and supplemental software solutions.
• Promote and lead business process change according to best practices.
• Collaborate on and recommend business application system methodologies.
