1. Production Planning:
- Develop production schedules for yarn manufacturing operations based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure efficient utilization of machinery and manpower.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer delivery requirements.
2. Inventory Control:
- Manage fiber inventory levels to optimize stock levels while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Implement inventory control measures such as ABC analysis, FIFO (First In, First Out), and reorder point planning.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials to support production schedules.

- Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and responsiveness to changing market conditions.
4. Logistical Coordination:
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control departments to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Plan and schedule transportation of materials to and from the manufacturing facility, optimizing routes and minimizing transportation costs.
- Liaise with external logistics partners, such as freight forwarders and carriers, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. 5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Generate regular reports on production efficiency, inventory status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to Factory Manager for decision-making and strategic planning.
