Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct multi-dimensional analysis on Product and Customer portfolios; evaluate portfolio "health" and the unit's actual business performance.
Data Insight: Build target customer profiles and identify behavioral trends to provide high-impact, actionable insights.
Strategic Consultation: Act as a Data Business Partner for the Business Division; propose evidence-based recommendations for building and adjusting flexible sales mechanisms/policies.
Goal Assurance: Optimize data-driven business decisions to meet committed KPIs across cycles (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
Data Management & Processing: Responsible for executing data cleaning and transformation tasks; ensuring the integrity and availability of the input data stream.
Reporting System Design: Build and operate a multi-dimensional Dashboard/Management Reporting system, allowing data drill-down based on multiple criteria: product, region, and customer segment
Lead Generation: Responsible for extracting and screening target customer lists, strictly adhering to the approved criteria/conditions of each program; analyzing and identifying potential customers suitable for each engagement program.
Business Development Support: Ensure the provision of high-quality and timely leads, facilitating the Business Division's market access and maximizing the efficiency of new customer acquisition (User Acquisition).
Participate in projects of EDA in modernize BI tool/Payment tool/Cloud project to contribute to success of the project.
Training analysis staffs about business knowledge and analytics skill
Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.
Educational Qual: University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT/ AI - ML or relevant majors
Knowledge of banking
Knowledge of products/services of Corporate Banking is prefered
Knowledge of data system, Business intelligence system
Proficiency in calculating KPIs, incentive program and sales promotions is a strong assset
Problem-solving skills in a creative way, Data management tools skill, Reporting & analytics skills using mutiple tools (Excel, BI tools, Python, R...)
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing reporting and analysis systems, with priority given to direct experience in the Corporate Customer segment within the Banking sector
Ability to work independently as well as teamwork, Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking.
