senior Operation (good english)

- Lead the operation team for air, sea, export and import from A to Z. - Handle customers' enquiries, quotations and overseas agents' correspondence and offering solutions. - Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company's. - Requirements and customer's standard operating procedures. - Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about operation. - Updating freight from carrier/airline/co-loader. - Updating weekly report(volume, revenue, updating status of picking up D/O, etc.). - Check SOA with agency(domestic/oversea). - Cross check all quotation made by operation staff.(especially for D term). - Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible. - Update complain from customer to Korean manager based on weekly. - Support accounting team to finalize financial report on time.
