GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients,
- Portray a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with internal and external customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering customer phone calls.
- Making customer appointments.
- Gathering information to complete patient files on the system.
- Checking I.D papers, insurance membership, and details.
- Managing patient flow.
- Handling cashier work.
- Ensuring all information is ready for billing and payment purposes.
- Checking that patients have all necessary documentation/ reports/ medication, etc. before leaving the clinic.
- Assisting with medical evacuation as required from time to time
- Assisting patients to make bookings outside FMP
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred; within the healthcare, hospitality or other service industry.
- Up to 50% of the time may be standing
- Significant variation in the time required to perform 'administrative duties' vs. attending to the needs of internal and external customers.
- Willing to work at different clinic locations and different shifts.
- Fluency in English, with excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, caring, empathetic and able to have a calming influence on others
- Genuinely enjoys meeting with, talking to, and understanding people
- Friendly and has the ability to smile, smile, smile - even under pressure
- Enthusiastic, with high energy and a positive 'can do' attitude
- Able to handle conflict situations and remain calm under pressure
- Conflict resolution/management skills
- Problem-solving skills, proactive, and a willingness to help others
- Eager to learn and to improve both yourself and the workplace
