Mô tả công việc

Work closely within Operations Team and with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute NFT-related projects, including sales operations, customer service and production
Support the implementation of operational excellence/process improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency across business operations activities
Leading onboarding program for artist & entertainment partner, drive progress and improvement to increase acquisition and engagement rate.
Collaborate closely with our Product & Tech team to improve our product platform and ensure the best customer experience
Monitor NFT drops and campaigns progress and results, using data analysis and internal/external feedback
Develop reports to define and track performance

Yêu cầu

2+ years of working experience with relevant experiences in operations, operation management, business analysis, preferably with a background in e-commerce/ Blockchain/Game
Excellent English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)
Knowledge or passion in blockchain/cryptocurrency would be a big plus
Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get things done
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quick learner
Be sensitive to processes, and has logical thinking for related duties
Be very comfortable with numbers and Excel
Strong sense of responsibility. Detail-oriented and meticulous. A strong team player
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to manage multiple NFT campaigns
