Responsibilities
NSC Software has been growing rapidly in recent years. We are now looking for a strong Senior Operations Manager to take full ownership of our core operational functions and directly oversee the C&B, Resource Management, and Talent Acquisition teams.
This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and works closely with all key departments, including HR, Resource Management, PMO, Delivery Team, Legal & Compliance, and Finance.
Main responsibilities:
Team Leadership (Direct Management)
You will directly oversee and develop the following teams:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Resource Management (RM) - including workforce planning & allocation
Talent Acquisition (TA)
Responsibilities include:
Coaching team leads, setting goals, and ensuring high performance.
Improving coordination between TA - RM - C&B to support business needs.
Building clear processes for hiring, utilization, compensation review, and workforce planning.
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day company operations and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Optimize internal workflows, policies, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with legal, HR, security, and quality requirements.
Resource & Workforce Planning
Drive workforce planning based on project forecasts and sales pipelines.
Optimize bench, improve utilization, and balance supply vs. demand.
Support project-level budgeting and staffing decisions.
Performance & People Operations
Implement and maintain OKR/KPI frameworks for relevant teams.
Support HRBP activities for sensitive people matters and organizational planning.
Coordinate performance review cycles with C&B and department heads.
Financial & Budget Operations
Work with Finance to plan budgets, forecast costs, and maintain healthy margins.
Monitor resource cost structure, project-level financials, and operational KPIs.
Recommend actions to increase efficiency and ROI.
Strategic Projects & Scaling
Lead internal transformation projects (HRIS/ERP/BI, workflow automation, restructuring...).
Drive scaling initiatives as the company grows from 130 to 200-300 staff.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose long-term solutions.
Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between PMO, Delivery, TA/RM, C&B, and Finance.
Support CEO/BoD in executing strategic initiatives.
Handle unexpected operational issues calmly and professionally.
Yêu cầu
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-have skills and experience
3-7 years of experience in Operations, HR Operations, Resource Management, or similar roles in IT/Software/ITO companies.
Direct experience leading HR-related teams (C&B, TA, or RM is a big plus).
Strong understanding of workforce planning, utilization, and compensation structures.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel/BI dashboards/metrics.
Good English communication skills (speaking & writing).
Ability to think strategically but execute hands-on.
High integrity, ownership mindset, and resilience in a fast-scaling environment.
Nice-to-have skills and experience
Experience in companies of 100+ employees.
Knowledge of P&L basics, margin structure, staffing cost, and project budgeting.
Familiarity with Power BI, Notion/Asana, HRIS, ATS, or ERP systems.
Background working with PMO, Engineering, or Delivery teams is a plus.
