Senior Outdoor Sales Specialist

Position Purpose
Drive profitable growth through aggressive new customer acquisition.
Build strategic accounts.
Own gross profit performance.
Key Accountabilities
1. New Business Acquisition
• Identify and target V/A/B level accounts with regular volume
• Develop structured sales plans per target account
• Conduct professional sales visits and follow-up cycles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline in CRM
• Convert opportunities into active shipments
2. Key Account Management
• Own selected key accounts end-to-end
• Develop annual account growth plans
• Monitor volume, GP, payment behavior
3. Trade Lane Development
• Strengthen cooperation with overseas offices
• Actively push Vietnam capabilities to oversea
• Support network-driven projects
4. Commercial Ownership
• Ensure profitable quotations
• Understand cost structure and margin logic
• Protect GP during negotiations
• Support credit limit evaluation
• Follow up overdue payments proactively
5. Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitors and rate levels
• Track key industry developments
• Share structured feedback with management
6. Reporting & CRM Discipline
• Maintain clean and updated CRM pipeline
• Submit structured visit reports
• Provide monthly sales forecast
• Contribute to sales meetings with clear data
