Senior PR Account Executive

Key Accountabilities:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive PR and social media strategies that align with client objectives.
Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring that all communications initiatives are results-driven and meet industry standards.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Oversee and create high-quality content for press releases, media pitches, social media, and other communication channels.
Leverage and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and enhance client visibility.
Manage the day-to-day execution of PR and social media campaigns, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
Monitor media coverage, compile comprehensive reports, and utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Lead the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and media briefings
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, encouraging innovation and shared success.
Take ownership of key projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard and contribute to the team's overall goals.
Person Specification:
Att least 3 years of experience in a PR or communications agency, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strong media relationships;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and effectively communicate with clients and team members;
A robust network of media contacts and a deep understanding of the media landscape;
Innovative thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges;
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members;
Solid understanding of PR & social media platforms, and content creation tools.
