Senior Product Development Coordinator

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Supporting Sales and PI (Product Implementation) teams with new product requests, sample / prototype orders, offer sheet data and customer meeting preparation
- Bringing a product to launch, all the way from customer request to a production-ready item
- Implementation of outsourcing products/components into new product
- Management ISO documents.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Manage and co-ordinate the timely delivery of new product development projects for France/Spain and Australia market
- Supervise & solve problems in new product development for the assigned customers
- Follow up on all internal and external customer requests related to product development
- Work proactively to update and maintain the CDM working instruction to keep it up-to-date and relevant
- Operation in coordinating with other team leaders (Process / procedures/ ISO/ systems)
- Make sure all ISO documents are updated and stored
