Senior Product Manager

We are living in a technology age when keywords like e-commerce, 4.0 revolution are hotter than ever. We want to use technology to refresh the fashion shopping habits of Vietnamese. Hoang Phuc International has decided to build a long-term vision with technology seriously, after three strong decades with the chain of traditional fashion stores.

5 million loyal customers
10 million transactions per year
Top 10 fastest website in Viet Nam with 20 million traffic per month
We are looking for an experienced member to join the Product team to achieve the vision together. This role will report to Head of Technology directly and work closely with the engineering, operation, customer service, and other stakeholders.
About the Product team:
We are absolutely a new team, and you may be the first Product Manager. This is also your opportunity for challenging yourself to become Lead of Product in the future.
As part of the Product Team, you will lead some strategic products for the operation team such as Order Management System. You'll be responsible for delivering projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams.
We like people who are willing to say "Yes!", always motivated and passionate about problem-solving. Great if you are a systematic thinker and have experience developing products to support E-commerce or Omni-channel operation.
Daily activities:
Own and develop the Order Management System for a big Omni-channel platform (including E-commerce & Stores).
Directly collaborate with department heads to understand the company's strategy and business requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define a roadmap, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
As an agile Squad lead, delivering the roadmap through sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.
Data-informed thinking: collaborate with business owners to optimize operation productivity by defining, measuring, and tracking metrics.
Think strategically and systematically to gather insights and plan the product landscape.
