Mô tả công việc

Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give a unique selling point
Communicate the vision and value of new products to the customer and develop sales channels that facilitate the selling process
Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
Brief the press to PR/brand team about new products
Obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management
Test new product flow & get feedback from user's voice to upgrade the best experience
Prepare & execute promotion programs for products
Propose and keep within a budget
Research competitor offerings
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, banking /financial category is plus point especially lending product/ investment product
3 years' experience as a same position in marketing communication
Familiarity with data, sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
Skill: Negotiation, Influence, Persuasion, Creativity with open mind, high level of learning agility
Being sensitive to market trend and consumer insights
Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
