REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a degree in Business Management, Business Analyst, Tech & Product, Marketing, Multimedia Communications, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of practical work experience in marketing with tech products.
- Skills in data analysis, report building, and data-driven thinking (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
- Understanding of UI/UX & Customer Journey.
- Knowledgeable in SEO and Digital channels.
- Have experience working with various departments.

Marketing Future Leader (MFL) is a fast-track program dedicated to the brightest young marketing professionals to become our impactful future leaders, those who excitedly take on unique challenges and strive beyond the expectation.
You will take responsibility for learning the necessary knowledge in the process of performing assigned tasks in the development process and actively working and communicating with Buddy (as a guide) and Coach (Rotation Supervisor). MFL can actively approach and exchange information with the Program Coordinator when needed.
