Senior Product Specialist

Ensure all supplier and product information is collected on time and is accurately stored, resulting in a current, comprehensive, and well-managed database.
Support the configuration of our partner's products in our Tourplan system and maintain product information on SharePoint such that:
The Sales Team can quickly and accurately suggest, quote, and confirm travel itineraries for both agents and customers that visit our Travel Center,
The Reservations Team can confirm bookings with agents and customers and reserve services with partners as efficiently as possible,
The Quality Team can review accurate and current itineraries to brief guides and easily determine operational details about our partners' products,
The Accounting Team can review the standard pricing of our packages and proprietary tours.
Continuously review the company's products and make timely recommendations for any necessary changes or suggested improvements.
Develop a deep knowledge of the products and suppliers our company offers to help coordinate the new product development process.
Coordinate with the Sales team to inspect new destinations and develop training materials to increase product and destination knowledge.
Coordinate with the Quality Team and tour guides to ensure new tours run smoothly.
Assist with daily sales requests, questions, and inquiries from agents or other departments.
