Job Description
As the Senior Projects Sales professional, you will lead and manage the sales strategy to achieve volume and gross margin targets. Your role involves implementing a marketing strategy aligned with our Group's strategic objectives, reporting on sales performance, and developing solutions that address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales area to achieve volume and gross margin targets while directing the sales effort to meet budget goals.
Enhance the customer base by identifying growth opportunities and differentiating our offerings from competitors.
Provide monthly reports on sales performance against KPIs and suggest further objectives to improve outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, taking a lead role in major projects.
Attend team meetings to align strategies and perform any additional duties as assigned by the Regional
Sales Manager.
Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Manager role within the building and construction industry.
Strong understanding of key business drivers, excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with construction sector dynamics and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and effectively within a team environment.
