GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
CORSAIR MARINE VIET NAM is an Australian Luxury sailboat builder to supply customers around the world, especially in the USA, Australian, EU and other areas.
We are looking for a highly effective PO handling executive to import multiple categories of technical products to serve for production needs.
Title: Senior
Purchasing Executive / Material Import Executive
Category assigned: Technical parts, electrical parts, hardware, home appliances, chemicals...
Number of SKU: 1500-2000 (90% oversea, 10% local)
Reporting line: Report to Deputy
Purchasing ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Implement the process to issue new purchase orders in ERP system.
· Follow up delivery and expedite purchase orders to get parts delivered on time as required schedule.
· Arrange for picking up of parts, materials under Ex-work delivery term including arranging for payment for POs.
· Check shipping documents such as Inv, PL, BL/AWB and transfer them to the logistic team for implementing the importing process.
· Source alternative parts, suppliers, ensure parts' supply continuity and quality of products where necessary.
· Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive purchasing price, on time delivery, and continous improvement on other commercial terms.
· Problem solving for NCRs related to suppliers.
