1. Roles and Responsibility for
Purchasing & Procurement and Project Planning Management:
Coordinate project management activities, resources and all suppliers to meet the Master schedule of all task and activities of projects
Build up the supply chain system for Project phase and operation phase.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
Report all the delivery of each supplier risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
Act as the point of contact. negotiation and communicate with all suppliers to solve any issues
Planning and working closely with the project team to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures with the team and suppliers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Ensuring all suppliers working with project must compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards
2. Requirement and Skills
Proven experiences in supply chain, purchasing & procurement project management for factory
Excellent knowledges of purchasing & procurement tasks
Working knowledge of MS Office and MS project systems, BIM...
Good organizational and problem-solving and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities
University Graduated in Business management, Financial, Trading... .
At least 05 years experiences in Purchasing, Procurement field and project management for factory, especially for automotive factory.
Good in Chinese is preferable.
