Mô tả công việc
- Execute purchasing activities for goods (machine, spare part) and service (construction, maintenance, etc) for Company
- Search for, evaluate and select suitable suppliers
- Analyse work spec (read drawing, workload breakdown), Negotiate price, contract terms and monitor delivery schedule.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Collaborate with other Depts to ensure timely and efficient supply of goods
- Work with forwarders for proper import of goods
- VA activities for cost reduction
- Check payment request and deal with overdue risks
- Improve routine job continuously
- Search for, evaluate and select suitable suppliers

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university in Technology (Electric/ Automation/ Mechanic). Have certificate in economics also is preferred.
- Has 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel). Can use Python or other tool for purchasing is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, careful.
- Good in English communication. Chinese, Japanese is an advantage.
