• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Management System - procedures, plans, work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Monitor implementation of the QMS through regular audits and reviews, and track quality KPIs across project phases.
• Plan and oversee all inspection and test activities, ensuring records are documented and traceable.
• Monitor and report on compliance and non-conformities, and maintain the QA/QC register and related records.
• Incorporate QA requirements into tender documents, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Conduct supplier and subcontractor audits, approval, and qualification, and monitor their quality performance.
• Manage the warranty process, including remedial works and closeout with clients and building managers.
• Support all project phases - design development, submittals, mock-ups, and field installation.
• Identify and manage quality risks, and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Promote quality awareness among staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare monthly quality reports for management and follow up on open action items.
• Comply with the company's Code of Ethics.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Building, Mechanical, or Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, preferably residential projects.
• Good command in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and inspection planning.
• Skilled in quality reporting, root cause analysis, and non-conformance handling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills; a self-motivated team player.
