Mô tả công việc

1. Test Planning & Execution
Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications on various devices and operating systems (iOS, Android).
Identify, document, and report defects with clear, structured, and actionable details.
Execute different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Perform both manual and automated testing to validate app performance, reliability, and user experience.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and verify bug fixes before releases.
2. Test Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure full test coverage.
Design and implement test strategies that align with business requirements and user expectations.
Continuously refine and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify project requirements and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align with the development team.
Provide clear, structured test reports and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
4. Automation Testing
Utilize popular testing tools for API and UI automation (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar).
Work towards improving test automation coverage for critical application functionalities.

Yêu cầu

1. Experience
At least 3 years of experience in software testing, focusing on mobile applications.
Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
Strong ability to identify, categorize, prioritize, and track issues across multiple app releases.
2. Technical Skills
Solid understanding of mobile app development (iOS & Android) and their unique testing challenges.
Familiarity with common testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, etc.).
Experience working in an Agile development environment and applying Agile testing principles.
Knowledge of database structures and SQL queries for validating data integrity.
Ability to analyze logs and system behaviors to assist in debugging issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
English proficiency: Ability to read technical documentation, write reports, and communicate with team members in English.
