Mô tả công việc
As a Senior Recruiter / Account Manager, you will:
• Be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for internal and external clients. This may involve full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefits knowledge and cultural fit assessment, and onboarding).
• Conduct end to end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer
• Coordinate with Business Development, Account/Operations Management, Finance, IT and Facilities teams in ensuring all client requirements are addressed and delivered to budget and client expectations
• Attend recruitment calibration calls
• Effectively utilize all recruitment tools and channels in sourcing for best fit candidates
• Develop and maintain a rich network and continuous flow of talents for IT and Non-IT roles
• Conduct paper screening and initial interviews of candidates
• Prepare assessment forms and quality-check all documents being sent out to clients and hiring managers
• Schedule, facilitate and conduct briefs on client interviews
• Conduct reference checks and ensure candidates' completion of pre-employment requirements
• Understand the market trends and conduct research related to recruitment and sourcing activities to deliver strategic opportunities for the client and the company
• Provide excellent client and candidate service experience
• Effectively demonstrate best practices and promote brand awareness
