senior research manager or Associate Research Director

pBackground:
- At least 8 years of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge.
- Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing large-scale research projects.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to articulate complex research findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Ideally, experienced in Innovation research
- Ideally, experienced with FMCG accounts, including Food and Beverage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; Advanced degree is a plus.
Soft-skills:
- Good communication skills, written and oral, in English. Vietnamese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Good client service skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
Personality:
- Proactive / Self-motivated.
- Ready to jump in and embrace a dynamic, growing environment.
