Senior Reservation Executive

Position purpose & scope of role:
Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing hotel/services reservations and working closely with suppliers to ensure the best rates and services for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for travel, excellent English skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
Key performance indicators:
• Receiving booking requests from Sales Team and making reservation & confirm to Sales Team in accordance with program.
• Contact & deal directly with hoteliers for the best rate & confirmation.
• Find solutions to difficult situations when they arise, for example if a hotel or location is unavailable.
• Negotiate prices and confirm groups/rates with hotels when required.
• Ensure hotels offered are to the standard and quality required.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and use initiative to work independently when needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels to make sure that information is properly understood.
• Any other tasks requested by Group Contracting Manager.
